The Hotel Munin, thanks to its location, it is a very good starting point to discover the wonders of the Piedmont. The hotel is situated little kilometres from Alba, renowned for the National Fair of the Truffle, as well as capital of the Langhe, hills with noble wines and magical castles.
In opposite direction, to approximately 30 kilometres, we find TURIN, rich city of art and culture, centre of the Olympic Games 2006. Walking in Turin, it cannot not be visited the symbol of the city, the “Mole Antonelliana” now National Museum of the Cinema or the Egyptian Museum, one between the more important in the world.
But in Turin we find also: the Museum of the Automobile, the Museum of the Renaissance, Bricherasio Palace, centre of important exhibitions, and many others historical museums and palaces, residences like the Palace of Hunting of Stupinigi, the Castle of Rivoli... Besides in the vicinity we have also the city of Bra, centre of the exceptional Slow Food, with the neighbour Pollenzo and the original University of Gastronomic Sciences.
Very important is also Cherasco, city of the peace, famous for the elegant historical centre and for its flea market.
